#620 FLASH PATCH
VERY FAST SETTING URETHANE/POLYUREA CONCRETE REPAIR MATERIAL
A two-component, 70% solids, very fast setting, ultra low viscosity, high strength urethane/polyurea concrete repair material. FlashPatch is formulated for combination with clean dry sand for quick turn-around repairs on spalled and deteriorated concrete. Its quick build of compressive strength permits heavy forklift traffic in just minutes after placement. The product’s low viscosity (24 cps) allows penetration into hairline cracks and sand fillers resulting in excellent adhesion to concrete.
Formulated for use in either interior or exterior applications, FlashPatch can be applied to 20° F and up to 90° F on dry substrates ONLY.

APPLICATION INFO
Surface Preparation: The concrete substrate must be clean, sound, and free of dust or standing water. Remove all curing compounds, coatings, loose concrete, and debris by abrasive blasting or chipping. For best results, saw cut edges of the patch area to a depth of 1/4”. Where oil or grease build-up is present, the surface must be degreased to ensure strong adhesion. If contaminants continue to exist after repeated cleanings, additional concrete must be removed to reach clean, sound substrate material.
Warning: TurboPatch #620 is moisture sensitive and should not be applied to wet or moist surfaces.
Applying: TurboPatch #620 is applied in six (6) easy steps:
- Clean the area to be repaired
- Vacuum and remove all debris
- Fill repair area with silica sand
- Mix TurboPatch #620 liquids
- Saturate the silica sand with TurboPatch #620
- Clean up any overfill
Clean up & Disposal: Wash hands with soap and water. Clean any tools used with a general-purpose solvent such as xylene or lacquer thinner. Dispose of in accordance to local and state regulations.
