Thermal Shock / Heat Resistant Floor Systems
Thermal-Chem manufactures several unique product formulations that protect against damage caused by 'thermal shock', as well as exposure to constant heat up to 450 degrees F. These 'Heat Resistant' Floor Systems offer the ultimate protection for a wide range of service temperatures - from daily wash downs, continuous hot water exposure, and/or intermittent live steam; that typically cause many floor systems to fail.
The ThermalCrete and ThermalGard Floor Systems are designed speciafically for use in meat processing, dairies, pharmaceutical, and food plants or anywhere that high impact, chemical exposure, and/or excessive heat can be expected. Both systems are three-component, USDA approved, exceed Federal VOC guidelines, and meet the strictest sanitation requirements. These Floor Systems can be installed with an integral cove base, sloped to improve drainage, and are available in a variety of colors - to provide the ultimate safe and clean work environment.
