Cooler/Freezer Floor Systems
Many competitve products require temperatures (ambient and surface) to be above 55 degrees F during installation and must be applied only to dry substrates. Several of Thermal-Chems' unique 'cold cure' floor systems are available for installation in low temperature ranges down to 0 degrees F (over dry substrates), such as coolers and freezers, or can be applied to damp surfaces down to 33 degrees F. Depending on the temperature at the time of installation, product may require pre-conditioning and/or heating.
In addition, these cooler/freezer floor systems can be installed with an integral cove base, sloped to improve drainage, and are available in a variety of colors. Typically installed at a minimum thickness of 3/16? or greater - these systems are USDA approved, exceed Federal VOC guidelines, and meet the strictest sanitation requirements ? making them ideal for use in meat processing, dairies, pharmaceutical, and food plants.
