The Thermal-Chem ?Overlay? floor systems provide superior heavy-duty / seamless protection to withstand the most aggressive industrial environments. These overlays are extremely user-friendly / 3-component systems that can be installed as a 1/8? to 3/16? thick slurry / broadcast or as 1/4? (or thicker) mortar applied by hand or power trowel, and can be installed with an integral cove base. Our wide range of performance capabilities allow us to design systems that can be installed in temperatures down to 280 F, can resist thermal shock, are resistant to harsh chemicals, provide high impact & abrasion resistance, and using ?rapid cure? formulas for fast turn-around projects to minimize costly ?shut downs?.
